Modern restaurant
Project type: Commercial building
This restaurant, part of Hotel Majestic in Struga is conceived as a space of quiet elegance—where natural materials, organic forms, and carefully layered lighting create an atmosphere of refined hospitality.
The central bar acts as the architectural focal point of the interior. Clad in vertical wooden slats and finished with a striking green-toned marble countertop, it introduces texture and visual depth. Integrated LED lighting beneath the bar softens the structure and enhances the warmth of the materials. Green upholstered bar stools with gold metal frames add a sophisticated accent, balancing comfort with contemporary character.
Arched wall shelving framed in gold, paired with spherical wall sconces, establishes a rhythmic visual identity throughout the space. This motif of soft arches continues in the illuminated stone niches, where subtle backlighting highlights the material texture and enhances the intimate atmosphere. Green banquette seating along the walls reinforces the palette while providing comfortable, semi-private dining zones.
In the main dining area, the layout ensures spatial clarity without overcrowding. Solid wood tables combined with upholstered chairs in neutral tones create a harmonious balance between warmth and elegance. The vertical wooden cladding around the central column functions as a sculptural architectural element, structuring the room while adding depth and cohesion.
Lighting is thoughtfully layered—featuring decorative globe chandeliers and discreet ambient illumination that transforms the atmosphere in the evening hours. The result is a setting that feels warm, inviting, and subtly luxurious.
The restaurant at Hotel Majestic is not merely a dining venue—it is a carefully composed spatial experience. A place where design supports the mood, enhances comfort, and reflects a contemporary yet timeless Mediterranean sensibility in the heart of Struga.
