Project type: Residential Interior – Concept & Execution Project

This apartment is designed as a calm and functional whole, where every element has a clear purpose—free from visual excess, yet rich enough in character to create a true sense of home.

The foundation is neutral and composed, enriched by a strong material accent: the flooring is finished with tiles that mimic aged ship decking, introducing texture, depth, and a subtle sense of “history” into an otherwise contemporary space. This element carries warmth throughout the apartment and acts as a visual thread connecting all zones.

The built-in wardrobe in the hallway is treated as a clean, continuous surface, visually expanding the space and maintaining order from the very entrance.

The living area is open and logically connected to the kitchen. A combination of matte white fronts, darker upper cabinets, and wooden accents creates a balance between modernity and warmth. Vertical wooden elements subtly define functional boundaries without enclosing the space.

The bathroom follows the same design language—clean lines, a combination of light stone and wood textures, complemented by black sanitary fixtures and a minimally framed shower enclosure. The result is a space that feels calm yet visually distinct.

In the children’s/study room, the furniture is conceived as an integrated system: wardrobe, desk, and open shelving within a metal structure. This approach allows flexibility and adaptability over time, growing with the user without the need for additional interventions.

This project demonstrates that high-quality residential design is not about the number of elements, but about how they work together—creating a space that is practical, refined, and comfortable for everyday living.
