Project type: Residential Interior – Concept & Execution Project

This apartment is conceived as a modern and functional whole, where every element is properly balanced – free from excess detail, yet with enough character to create a comfortable atmosphere.
The foundation is neutral and elegant, with a strong emphasis on quality materials and practicality. The flooring features light tarkett that carries warmth throughout the entire space and serves as a visual link between all zones. The built-in wardrobe in the hallway is designed as a clean, minimalist surface with contrasting handles, visually expanding the space and establishing order from the very entrance.
The kitchen is organized linearly, focusing on efficiency and aesthetics. Matte green fronts are combined with a light work surface and integrated appliances, creating a balance between contemporary appearance and functionality. The upper glass-front cabinets with integrated LED lighting add depth and atmosphere while offering a practical overview of kitchenware.
The living area is equipped with an impressive library that follows the same principle of clean lines and integrated LED lighting. The open shelves above closed elements create visual lightness, while the alcohol display cabinet with glass doors and internal LED lighting becomes the focal point of the space – elegant and functional, simultaneously showcasing the collection and protecting it from dust.
