Sweet and cosy family home
Type of project: Apartment
This project covers the full development of an interior design solution for an apartment—from initial concept and 3D visualizations to detailed technical drawings for execution. The focus was on creating a functional, clean, and visually coherent space, with a clear organization of all zones.
The concept is based on a neutral material palette with carefully defined contrasts. The flooring is executed in ceramic tiles that replicate aged ship decking, introducing warmth and continuity throughout the space. This element serves as the foundation upon which all other materials and forms are built.
In the hallway, a full-height built-in wardrobe is designed with clean fronts and integrated long handles, maximizing storage while maintaining visual simplicity.
The living room and kitchen are treated as a single open space, with functional zoning defined through materials and elements rather than physical separation.
The kitchen combines light and dark fronts with wooden accents, featuring an optimized work triangle and sufficient storage capacity. The bathroom follows a minimalist approach, using large-format surfaces, warm textures, and black elements to establish a strong visual identity.
The children’s/study room is developed as a modular system, integrating wardrobe, desk, and shelving into a cohesive unit that allows flexibility and adapts to future needs.
As part of the project, the following were delivered:
• 3D visualizations for all key spaces
• Technical drawings for custom furniture
• Electrical and lighting layout
• Material and finish specifications
The project is structured as a clear execution framework, minimizing improvisation during construction and ensuring maximum control over the final outcome.
