Green office in TIDZ Stip for Adient

Open office layouts could be economical, flexible, and can be effective for highly collaborative teams. We were asked to design an open office layout (large, open space) with minimal enclosed offices for management. We had to balance openness with privacy options (2 small private cubes) and also add Interactive corner with adjustable desks for stand and sit solution.
In the design process, some existing elements which client planned to keep, such as kitchen, conference rooms, and enclosed offices, were limiting the ultimate solution.
In order to improve the acoustics and decrease the noise distractions during calls or personal interaction, we introduced “Green wall” and 7 living flowers with dedicated owners.
